Information provided through this website is intended to support those services and does not, by itself, create an employment relationship, client engagement or guarantee of representation.

Where a separate written agreement has been entered into with Star Staffing Group, that agreement will govern to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms of Use.

If you submit a résumé, profile or other information, you confirm that:

Registration, submission of a résumé, communication with a recruiter or presentation to an employer does not guarantee:

• A successful placement

Hiring requirements and employment decisions are determined by employers.

Star Staffing Group may decline or discontinue representation of a candidate or recruitment search where appropriate, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

A role may be modified, placed on hold, filled or withdrawn.

Final employment terms are determined between the employer and candidate and should be confirmed before accepting employment.

Star Staffing Group does not charge candidates a fee to submit a profile, be considered for an opportunity or accept a placement through our recruitment services.

Our website and recruitment systems may use automated technologies to extract, organize, search, summarize or match information.

Automated outputs may contain errors and do not constitute a guarantee regarding qualifications, suitability or employment outcomes.

Where an account is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and taking reasonable steps to protect access to your account.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance or operation of the service.

You must not:
